Shipping Procedures and Policies
Our goal is to deliver your order to you in the way that best meets your needs. Therefore we offer several options, from Smart Post to Overnight shipping via Federal Express services.
We currently ship only within the United States.
Available shipping options are: Smart Post, Home Delivery, 2nd Day, and Overnight. Please note, when shipping to a P.O. Box, you must select Smart Post in order to ensure that your order will be successfully processed.
Please call our Customer Care Department toll free at 1-888-645-3453, if you wish to ship to a Military APO or FPO address.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must choose either 2-day or Overnight Shipping.
To ensure prompt delivery, your order may arrive in separate shipments.
Please note, personalized items have a lead time of two weeks from date of purchase and will be fulfilled from a separate warehouse location. If additionally ordering non-personalized items, your order will be fulfilled in multiple shipments. To edit personalization, please contact our Customer Care department within two hours of purchase. No returns of personalized items will be authorized.

- When offered, Flat Rate and Free Shipping offers use the Ground (Home Delivery) shipping option, and these offers are valid in the continental US only.
- Not all shipping options are available for all orders/areas. There could be exclusions based on order weight, ship to zip codes and weather conditions.
- You will be contacted if an item you order is out of stock causing a delay in the shipping commitments stated above.
- Selected PEEPS® brand candy items will be required to ship via Ground only. This includes Chocolate Covered PEEPS® items. Your shipping options will automatically reflect this requirement for these candy products before you confirm your order.
Warm Weather Shipping Policy (May through September)
- Due to warm temperatures, we do not ship orders containing chocolate items on Fridays during May through September. Therefore, the delivery times could be longer during warm weather periods than noted above.
- Some of our candy selections (mostly chocolate items) may require special packaging and/or cooling packs to help assure quality is maintained during warm weather periods, and expedited shipping may be required. Any change in shipping due to this requirement will be communicated during that time. Complete details regarding shipping requirements can be found in the product description area.
All items in your order will be shipped by whichever method you selected. We will pack all merchandise and candy together whenever possible, and the shipping option selected based on the candy shipping policy will be used for the entire order. There may be situations in which an order must be shipped in more than one package, especially if it includes oversized items or the total weight is too much for one box.
