Shipping Procedures and Policies
Our goal is to deliver your order to you in the way that best meets your needs. Therefore we offer several options, from Ground to Overnight shipping via Federal Express services.
We currently ship only within the United States.
Available shipping options are: Ground delivery, 2nd Day, and Overnight.
Please call our Customer Care Department toll free at 1-888-645-3453, if you need to ship to a Military APO or FPO address, or PO Box address.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional delivery time if Ground is selected.
Delivery Time Frames
Guaranteed Easter Delivery Order DeadlinesTo ensure delivery using the following shipping methods, please place your orders by the deadlines shown:
- Ground/Home Delivery – Order by Wednesday, 04/10
- 2nd Day – Order by Monday, 04/15
- Overnight – Order by Tuesday, 04/16
To ensure prompt delivery, your order may arrive in separate shipments.

- When offered, Flat Rate and Free Shipping offers use the Ground (Home Delivery) shipping option, and these offers are valid in the continental US only.
- Not all shipping options are available for all orders/areas. There could be exclusions based on order weight, ship to zip codes and weather conditions.
- You will be contacted if an item you order is out of stock causing a delay in the shipping commitments stated above.
Warm Weather Shipping Policy (May through September)
- Due to warm temperatures, we do not ship orders containing chocolate items on Fridays during May through September. Therefore, the delivery time could be longer than stated above, during the warm weather months.
- Some of our candy selections (mostly chocolate items) may require special packaging and/or cooling packs to help assure quality is maintained during warm weather periods, and expedited shipping may be required. Any change in shipping due to this requirement will be communicated during that time. Complete details regarding shipping requirements can be found in the product description area.
All items in your order will be shipped by whichever method you selected. We will pack all merchandise and candy together whenever possible, and the shipping option selected based on the candy shipping policy will be used for the entire order. There may be situations in which an order must be shipped in more than one package, especially if it includes oversized items or the total weight is too much for one box.
