We are pleased to offer FREE RETURNS on non-perishable items. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please call us and we will gladly help you exchange it for another item or refund your purchase price, where applicable.
We cannot accept returns of perishable items or on any personalized items.
Please note, since our retail stores operate independently from our online store, merchandise purchased online cannot be returned to one of our retail stores or vice versa.
To take advantage of our Free Returns Program, please call our Customer Care Team at 1-888-645-3453 (8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST M-F) or email us at Customercare@peepsandcompany.com.
If contacting us via email, please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, reason for return, and your daytime phone number so our Customer Care Representative can contact you.
We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions for printing a pre-paid Federal Express return label.
If you choose not to use our pre-paid mailing label, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipment. If you select an alternate shipping method, we ask that you choose one that is traceable, and you may also want to consider insuring the returned merchandise, depending on its value.
Please include a copy of the Packing Slip that you received with your order, filling out the form on the back, to include:
- Item(s) being returned
- Reason for return
- Reimbursement method (refund or replacement, including details on replacement item(s), if applicable)
- The Return Authorization number provided by Customer Care Representative
All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
If using our return label, follow the instructions for printing it out and shipping the package. If not using our return label please address your return to:

- The credit card you used for the original purchase will be reimbursed the price you originally paid for the returned item(s). In most cases, this credit should appear on your card in the next regular billing cycle.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If you received the item as a gift, the refund will be issued in the form of an online PEEPS & COMPANY® gift card to be used on a future purchase.
- When we receive your returned item(s) we will authorize shipment of the replacement item(s). If the replacement item is a lower priced item, the appropriate credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
- If you received the item as a gift, the refund will be issued in the form of a PEEPS & COMPANY® online gift card to be used on a future purchase.
